The Blocks Keep Coming in 2012

The new year continues to be strong for the “Block Hunger in PA” program. Thanks our pork product partners – “Leidy’s Premium Pork Products” and  “Kunzler Fine Meat Products Since 1901” – and the great defensive performance of the Penn State Men’s Basketball team, we are well on our way to donating more than 1500 pounds of pork to Pennsylvania charities.

The "Block Hunger in PA" program will donate 25 pounds of pork for each block the Penn State Men's Basketball defense has against their opponent. Pounds will accumulate over a three game period for each participating charity. A minimum of 100 pounds will be donated to ensure everyone is a winner as we "Block Hunger in Pennsylvania."
